I had never done yoga before but Yoga trainer (Mr. Kartikey) has helped me progress. He is always on time, pleasant, friendly and professional yoga teacher to work with.Let him know about your goals, and he will carefully adjust the sequence and particularly help you work towards them.I got everything I needed, a little bit of work-out to break some sweat, strong stretch in sore muscles and deep relaxation at the end. It truly a both body and mind yoga which projects really good energy, so if you’ve been having a rough day, this class will set you back on the right path. The perfect combo of meditation, stretch and a workout.The studio is relaxing and quiet, with great music, ambience and scent getting me in a perfect mood for yoga. I highly recommend his studio to anyone who wants an amazing yoga experience!
