The online yoga classes will be conducted over the app or website. Daily live classes will be held online for 3 week and 1 week is self-study & practice. Students will have 1 Asana class and 1 Theory class (Yoga philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama). Students should also do self-practice and self-study with the help of ebooks, blogs, etc.

Course Fee is 25000 To book, a deposit of 15000 must be paid and the remaining fee 10000  can be paid within 10-days of starting the course.

100+ Yoga Poses– You will get deep understanding of the alignments, instructions, benefits, contraindications, physiology and variations of 100+ Yoga Poses. You will learn how to practice and teach these poses safely and efficiently for different body parts.

Yoga Philosophy– You will understand the ancient- philosophy of yoga in an analytical and non- sectarian way. You will learn some important concepts like Prana, chakras, mins, karma etc. Acharya Kartikay uses Stories and humour to simplify these difficult concepts.

Anatomy and physiology– You will learn how the yoga poses affect our physical and astral body, you will learn how the systematic way of practicing yoga asanas can help to improve our health, flexibility and overall functioning of the organs.
