Yoga Training is not like one size fits all. It’s very personal and it’s “YOU”. Expert and well trained yoga Instructors that guide you through the Yoga practice at your convenient place. The yoga sessions are completely curated and specially designed according to the needs of the client. Daily yoga sessions will be conducted which will be a complete body workout.

Yoga is all about oneself. Since all individuals are different, the intensity of yoga practice for each individual also varies, personal focus and attention will be on each and every student. Daily group sessions are for a healthy lifestyle, for people who want a regular active session with breath workout. Six classes will be conducted in a week including a day dedicated for meditation. Diet charts will also be provided and regular guidance for a healthy living. Online live classes will be provided.
